Staff commenting and rolling there eyes as my daughter was looking for a dress, saying she's messing up the sale items when flicking through
They've got 4 tills upstairs permanently closed, even on a Saturday. You have to then queue for 15 mins minimum to pay. Staff do nothing to fix this when the queue literally snakes across the entire store. Guarantee every person in that queue is feeling irate at the incompetence. Just go to New Look instead!
Rude awful staff with no customer service skills and very slow on the till. Was it Really worth holding the till and que up just because the sales assistant put something through wrong which should have been in a different transaction according to her? Yep well done pat on the back for saving £1. Silly . Definitely gone down hill
For this brand, this is quite a large store across floors, with the extra space meaning a larger selection of clothing and accessories available to browse and buy. Some good sale items can be found.
Long queues at the tills. One person serving and 3 staff members on the shop floor not doing a lot at all... would just be faster if one of them jumped on a till and sorted out the queue.
Good experience in this store, staff very friendly and fitting rooms available to try clothes on.
Visited the Solihull branch today and got served by the lovely Sally. As soon as she saw customers waiting she opened a till immediately. Sally was also very helpful in helping me access my membership ID on my H&M app. What I loved about her the most is how attentive and caring she was towards my children. Excellent customer service skills. Thank you Sally.
Member of staff who served me had a bad attitude, needs some lessons in good customer service. Also, myself and several other customers were waiting quite a while in a long queue whilst only one member of staff was serving and several others were tidying the clothes around us. Customers come first, tidying comes second!
Nice big open store, loads of choice. Clothes, underwear, shoes, bags, accessories and make up. Well lit, and only 2 cashiers on till but they are fast and efficient so small queue cleared quickly. Great prices, consistent sizes on the whole. Assistants helpful. Never used the changing rooms so can't comment, but I use a wheelchair and use H&M because they have a good returns policy and so I not scared to try new things, as I can return easily if they don't fit or aren't comfortable. I have the H&M app so earn points on purchases and get money off vouchers and free delivery to my home. Thoroughly recommend. Never had a problem in years of shopping.
