   Came in for my wedding suit in march. Both guys very helpful and knowledgable. Was unsure on suit sizing as they don’t tailor but they were more than happy for me to pay and come back at a later date to size up and take what I need. Turned up 3 months later, knew who I was and what I was in for, got sized up and sorted quickly. Great service from both, would always recommend

   They refuse to refund even if it’s the same day. Regarding the owner's reply: As long as you are the same organisation with the same invalid policy, I am responsible for informing as many people as possible to prevent them from falling victim to your scam.

   Bought a suit from this shambles of a company in January, the delivery was unsuccessful and the suit was returned to Santoro Milan. I was unaware and contacted them after 3 weeks had gone by. They advised that the suit had been returned to them and they would resend... although they decided against emailing me or refunding... keeping both the suit and my £200 until i contacted them!!! Similarly to other reviews on here, I then wanted to return the item (after I finally received it...) and was told that their refund policy was 14 days (clearly states 30 days on their returns policy!). They also claim they didn't receive the item despite it being sent royal mail first class signed for with evidence of their receipt!! Anyway... DO NOT USE this company. They steal your money, break company law and the consumer rights act!

   My partner brought a suit online and has tried to contacted several times to return. He sent his unused suit back as it didn’t fit and no communication or refund! I have tried contacting on several social media websites and number doesn’t connect! Avoid this company!
