extremely rude and outrageous experience i’ve had today. disrespectful worker ripped open the changing room curtain while i was using it, she assumed we were frolicking and ordered us out of the store. completely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour, do not shop here if u value ur privacy!!!
Friday 4/4/25 rudest staff member when I went in to return an item less then 24 hours after buying.Even though it was our joint account she refused to refund me and said he had to come in and do it and was questioning the last 4 digits of the card!! Come back the next day refunded no problem with husband and wasn’t asked anything about your last 4 digits of card. No wonder your shop is dead I will never be back,I don’t live local and the inconvenience of having to come back the next day just so you could see my husband return it is a disgrace! I knew when I set eyes on her there would be a problem I was the first customer at opening and that’s how u greet people.NO THANKS
Probably not seen as trendy a brand these days as it was maybe twenty years ago, but the clothing is still great quality and this shop is well stocked. Definitely worth a look when the sales are on.
