   Fabulous Sunday lunch. There were 6 of us & we had Roast Beef, Gammon & Lamb Shank all dishes were fantastic & the homemade gravy was the absolute best. Great value for money. Service brilliant. Definitely recommend a visit.

   Visited the King Geoge pub today, and it was top scores from us. 4 of us up for a family party popped in for a drink and food before the event. Service was excellent, and the food was top dollar. I had the steak frites - medium rare steak cooked to perfection and chips were just delicious. Not a scrap of food was left. Speaks for itself. Take a bow the staff at the Kibg George

   I have visited The King George a few times over the last few months with my dad. I live in NW Lancashire and my dad lives in Altrincham. When I visit, we tend to go out to eat, and I can honestly say the this is my favourite go to pub. Friendly staff Great service and lovely Bruno (the pub dog) an all round great venue. Go visit, you won’t be disappointed. Mike Reeve.

   I am really impressed by The King George now, its always felt cold, and drab, and I have rarely seen any other customers. Today....its fabulous. Great atmosphere, warm and welcoming. Absolutely no reason to leave. Staff are friendly and helpful. We might just have found our new favourite spot. Dog friendly, child friendly, and definitely family friendly. Not sure what's changed but it certainly works.
