   We hosted a funeral gathering here. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, really accommodating. The decor is excellent and the atmosphere is happy. We provided our own buffet food.

   Lovely local pub, spotlessly clean. Barmaids quick and friendly, there is karaoke but on the night I visited (Fri 03.11.23), there was a DJ. Great atmosphere and I enjoyed being there. Would def visit again next time I'm in Manchester.

   Took my Mum for a Birthday drink this afternoon but sadly we could only just stay for one and not the afternoon we had planned for her. Far too loud music and bingo caller... even for my 18 Yr old nephew. We enjoy music and a drink but also to be able to hear each other shouting to each other. We normally enjoy the atmosphere here but not today sadly. Parking is also now massively restricted as the car park at the front has become a beer garden.

   Having lost our way due to lack of continual Diversion signs, we called here just for a desperate comfort break. Lady behind the bar Lisa, gave me key to loo and even came to make sure I was OK. It was beautiful and clean and both staff and customers were very kind and helpful. Lisa even rang her partner to get best directions for us to follow to get us further towards our destination. Thank you so much Lisa and everyone. We were very grateful. Kindest regards Jan & John (Old Man!!!).
