   I ordered the parts in website, but unfortunately they didn’t fit, so I brought them back to this address for a return. The staff member I met was extremely kind and helpful. The counter area is large and well-staffed, and the overall service experience was excellent, even though the parts were not suitable in the end.

   Think twice before using these because as soon as they have your money there no help whatsoever! I brought 4 racing line coil packs, was shipped out for next day delivery, but I never received them , I was home every single time that the delivery supposed to have shown up, but it never did, also the only way to contact these is via email which is painfully slow! They don’t take phone calls so you can’t ever get hold of them , They basically said it’s out of there hands now it’s left them and they can’t help me , they wouldn’t refund me until the items was returned to them, even though I never took delivery of the coil packs ! So I had to wait almost 3 weeks for dpd to finally take back the coil packs that I never received in the first place to finally get refunded! I’ll never use this company again! I ordered from place called awesome gti in the end and guess what… they actually delivered my coil packs the very next day and they have a phone number and customer support, so think twice… there website looks impressive but if something goes wrong there customer support is crap!

   I came across Progressive parts as having certain items in stock and swift turn arounds compared to other companies in the past, I've made several orders with Progressive now and always been swift and easy to order. Ordered Oil and most recently brakes for my Honda delivery was swift and easy. No messing will use again when i'm in the market for more parts that the wife won't want to know about.

   Ordered a rear diffuser and they sent the wrong one, i done everything to make sure it was the correct diffuser for my car by putting my registration into the search engine and picking the diffuser for single exhausts on both sides. communication was excellent apart from trying to get me to tick boxes on the form to make this mistake my fault and I honestly wanted the correct part sent but they wanted to refund me instead. The package the diffuser came in was already opened and the box from their supplier maxton designs was damaged. The diffuser itself was in excellent condition and looked absolutely stunning but when put side by side with the old one it was obvious that it was for the older model and the part number on the back confirmed this. A partial refund was given but postage each way im left to pay for at a total of £80 for a mistake they made is just unacceptable!! I understand mistakes do happen but why should the customer be out of pocket for a mistake a company makes? I was willing to go half way on this mistake and didn't mind paying postage on my end but they haven't refunded me any postage costs. If I had full refund I would have wrote a 5 star review to let people know that this company will rectify mistakes but 2 stars is all im gonna give at the minute as I feel 1 star is wrong. I'm outa pocket half the cost of the actual diffuser now and it's unfortunate that this is the way they treated my order as I would have bought the rest of the side skirts and front splitter ect next month for my project.

   Ordered a mst induction kit 4 months ago delivery was fast and was all nicely packaged, 4 months down the line I had a issue with the ally pipe for what ever reason the bracket had broke, after contacting progressive parts via email I had a reply next day just after opening hours trying to resolve the issue Mark was the advisor and was very polite and helpful and had the issue sorted straight away for me new part under warranty was sent out next day delivery by the manufacturer. 5 star will be a returning customer

   Had Revo tune, revo intake and Remus exhaust fitted with the rear diffuser to my Golf R, awesome job by the guys, Ricky could not do enough to help. Cant put into words how much it has improved the driving experience. Power delivery immense through the rev range, car sounds like its gargling with hammers.
