   Absolutely lovely people, very knowledgeable on their subject, with great stocks of quality batteries. I have used their own brand range a few times and found them to be superb and reliable. And if they're not stacked out busy, will change your battery for you while you're there! Naturally they deliver, and can also fit at your home too - depending on your location of course! They did that for one of my elderly neighbours the following morning, after a late afternoon phone call. Overall, just brilliant!

   I needed a battery urgently and couldn't take my car to a garage. ABS gave me a good quote and told me I could be seen in a few hours! Happy days! Only just had it fitted but happy with the service, the fitter was really nice and polite, sorry I forgot his name, and it comes with a 5 year warranty. Only given 4 stars because I actually had to call them back but all-round, a good service.

   In response to my original reviews comment by Advanced Battery Supplies - yes, the battery was only at 12.51v and not the recommended 12.6v. This is because it went flat after being left 3 days over Christmas (not even a cold one just to add) so obviously not holding a charge. Your response to this was that it was perfectly normal and acceptable for this to happen. So yes, it was charged as I had to get the car started to get the battery tested - the results of which were ignored due to low voltage as it won't hold charge!

   Admitted - the price and delivery is worth 5 stars. However, if you have a problem with the battery they supply - forget it. The warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. They asked to see a battery test report from kwik-fit, halfords etc. which they deemed as unacceptable despite stating "Replace Battery" due to the CCA being at 330 from 540. Apparently this is normal wear and tear and also acceptable for batteries to discharge over 3 days despite the cars charging system being ok. The excuses given why it's always the customers fault are generic. They turn a bit nasty once you get them on the phone, stay well away from them, pay a couple of quid more and buy a branded battery elsewhere and not their own brand, sub-standard rubbish.
