   Tps Oldham is one of the branch in north west with high rate recsim the have 95% Asian trade and when you order parts and go collect the say you are aisan we not giving you the parts but the take you money first and don't refund you back so be AWARE everyone do not use them. And the don't employee any Asian there look at other tps branches there are aisan employed SO GUYS BE AWARE OF TPS OLDHAM !!!!!!!!!! you will loose you money and you want get a part

   Just visited to purchase service parts on behalf of our garage & after waiting almost 10 minutes for any type of service to then be told must order by phone beforehand, wouldn’t accommodate me & was informed not employees job to go ask man on computer to process order/purchase. Hence took my business elsewhere.

   I JUST called TPS Oldham and I have extremely bad experience with customer service,boy who picked up the phone was extremely rude and even don't try to let me finish spelling postcode,he just said "I don't think so you have account with us" and hang out... I suggest TPS to make more training courses for staff how they should speak with calling customers!!!

   I Phoned up ordered parts spoke to someone called Damien (Damo)was told they would be delivered in the morning. No parts turn up Phoned again to be told Damo just gave a quote didn’t order them and his not her so we can’t ask him (probably hiding under the desk) So much for taking ownership. Phoned euro parts who where half the price and had it in stock. Seems to be requiring issue where majority of the complaints are from asian customers may be TPS employees don’t like Asian people? Mostly likely yes I won’t be using them again. Previous ordered door seal the guy on the phone didn’t know what door seal was sent the wrong one which then had to be returned. How stupid do you have to be to work her? I could go on on.

   I was told about this company by a friend and decided to order a part from them. The staff member that ordered the part for me was aware that I wasn’t a trader or a taxi driver. I was told that the part would be available on a certain day. I went to pick the part up and the counter was closed and I was told on the phone to collect it the next day. I called the company to make sure that the part was ready to be collected the next morning and I was told to come and collect it. I went to collect the part and I was told that they cannot serve me because I’m not a trader or a taxi driver. I will never be using this company again and I will make sure that none of my family or friends will use them. Absolutely shocking service and complete time wasters. I would give them 0 out of 10 because they are a joke of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
