   I thought it was a strange place to open a pub when it first opened but it's a cracking pub Atmosphere on a Saturday night is bouncing and the selection of ales is really good at a decent price too Let's hope it stays as good

   Loved it. Nipped in on Sat teatime with family. Very easy on the eye inside & it takes you by surprise really. Great for Stockport station too just across the road past Grand Central. V pleasant staff. Popped in again March '22 in the sunshine. Enjoyed the very pleasant courtyard beer garden. Great nick bitter. Top staff. What a gem the Welly is. Perfect pub. The entrance/front exterior betrays what lies inside. Recommended.
