I like newlook but I wish they had more plus size in the smaller stores. I have to travel to the city if I want something bigger which is a pain.
I would give 0 reveiw staff were rude didn't understand their own policy. There should be clear policies and all staff should be aware under the sale of goods act you can return if fitting rooms are shut. The supervisor blamed head office I even phoned and spoke to claire the manager of Lincoln who confirmed to the supervisor I could return

Small store but they do sell some nice things and they do have changing rooms but the big problem with the shop is the staff, they tend to stare at you while you look around and it just makes us feel uncomfortable. One time we was paying for our items and the lady at the till was just so off with us like she couldn’t wait for us to leave. so we stopped shopping here due to the staff.
Prices have gone up but quality has gone down, went in with my wife to try spend a £10 voucher she got as a gift, ended up leaving without buying anything. Hopefully going to a bigger store she will be able to use her voucher
