I usually like going to peacocks and the customer service is usually perfect until today. I found it rude that after I had been served the customer after me then got asked by the staff to download the new app to get 10% off their purchase. Usually this wouldn’t bother me but how would they know if someone is struggling with money or not.
Excellent service. Found a dress I was looking for, tried it on, fitted perfectly, so bought it.....perfect for Christmas.
To the short plump woman with blonde and purple hair that followed me and my partner around the 2 aisles (at separate ends of the store) we looked at.. wow, please find something better to do for your wage! Rather than judging people on how their dressed on a Sunday and letting them blatently know with your arrogant smirk that they're being watched and followed. Disgusting. I am a regular customer and was with my little girl and had a tiny handbag no shopping bags, there was literally nothing I could be shoplifting into. What's laughable for me is the fact I could bet my life I have more in my bank than this woman and I'd actually rather chew my own arm off than work at peacocks or in retail in general! Please train your staff to stop judging people on their appearances.
Love this store it’s large so has a lot to choose from, easy to find what your looking for has its all in different sections. Mens is near the door, kids and babies is down near the changing rooms and Womens fills the rest of the shop. Always sales on so easy to get some great deals and staff are always lovely.
Good prices, reasonable quality, small wheelchairs ok for access. Difficult with a larger scooter.
Friendly staff. Good selection of clothes/shoes. Well worth a visit.

Good choice of clothing. Some lovely colours for the new season. One of few shops open in Carlton Lanes on a Sunday. Make the most of it.
