   Really fantastic service in Mint Velvet this weekend. Mum wanted to buy a jumper she'd tried previously but couldn't find in store. She asked a member of staff for help who searched the shop floor for the top and then when she realised they didn't have it in stock, called local stores to source it before arranging to have it delivered to the house. Couldn't ask for more.

   I ordered several garments on line and as one was sold out they found one for me in York. I live in Brighton and had no way of getting it so I phoned the shop and they were so helpful and very quickly arranged payment and delivery. The girl I spoke to was very patient as the line was not good. The customer service from the shop was excellent as was the customer service on line. Thank you so much.

   Nice shop and lovely clothes. However, I can't bear more than five minutes in there as they have hot air pumping in every season of the year! It is like being in a sauna; you stand in different areas to avoid it but the heating is just unbearable - sort it please!
