A chic, excellently stocked shop for ex-designer items. Everything feels beautifully curated and the owner is exceptional. She clearly knows exactly what’s in and what might work for you but she’s not at all pushy. Prices are very reasonable for great quality second hand items and I’ve loved everything I’ve bought from here — a vintage Radley handbag, a Chloe blouse, a Toast shirt and the most luxurious cashmere wrap. I could have bought so much more!!
Sarah is fantastic at selling designer clothes. My wife has taken many items to her for the past 2 years and is delighted with the sales Sarah makes on her behalf plus the services she provides as a seller. I was so glad that I chose to have a look in this brilliant shop while out prom dress shopping with my daughter - Sarah couldn't have been more helpful and immediately found the perfect dress, that far exceeded our expectations, at a fraction of the price of the traditional prom dresses out there and designer to boot. This is sustainable fashion at its best - I've been looking for a shop like this for years! Was on a short break in York and found this shop on Sunday but unfortunately closed. I was leaving on the Monday and I took a photo of a handbag I loved in the window. Got back home to Wales and rang up to enquire if it would be possible to post, well what service, bag was posted the next day, couldn't have been more helpful. Cannot wait to return in the new year and it won't be on a Sunday!!!
2nd hand clothes they only open Mon to Friday so be warned ..
