   Obnoxious, disinterested customer service. Waited at till to get served for at least 5 minutes in a store that was empty and had at least three sales assistants in the shop at the time - who totally ignored me (despite walking past / seeing me). When I discussed this with the sales assistant (young, Asian slim build lad) he rudely said 'well you should have came across and called me'. Excuse me? Honestly, there's not much to say after getting that response, but alas I proceed. I submitted a complaint online, and Tommy Hilfiger did the classic 'lets frustrate the customer so that he doesn't continue his complaint' by asking me, again, for all the details of the complaint. So I submitted them online, AGAIN, and guess what they came back with? 'Go back and speak to the store'. Terrible, low grade, low quality 'service' at every level.

   Visited the Tommy Hilfiger store at Bullring today with my husband to grab some outfits for our upcoming holiday, and honestly, the service was exceptional. Despite the store being really busy, Ash went out of his way multiple times to check the back and make sure my husband found exactly what he was looking for. His patience and effort didn’t go unnoticed. We left the store with everything we needed and genuinely happy with our shopping experience. Thank you, Ash, for making it stress-free and enjoyable even on such a packed day!

   We visited the store today and was greeted by store assistant Michael. We spent over an hour in the store and Michael assisted us with choosing various options and styles of clothing. He was very attentive, well mannered and nothing was too much trouble for him. Definitely worth a visit! Thankyou Michael. Mr and Mrs Thomas

   I visited the Tommy Hilfiger store at the Bullring today around 11am to find Christmas presents for my husband and son, who live in Paris. I had a fantastic experience and manged to finish my Christmas shopping there today ,thanks to the excellent customer service I received. The gentleman at the front of the store, with short hair and a beard, was incredibly respectful, helpful, and kind. Initially, I was browsing for a different type of gift, but after he provided some great advice about the ongoing sale, he really helped me find the perfect items. His friendly and attentive approach made all the difference, and I ended up purchasing exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this store for both the quality of the products and the exceptional service!
