I love clothes from Monsoon but usually have to order them on line because there isn't an actual shop in Manchester. I was surprised to fine one in York. Its unfair!

The clothes are lovely sadly i recieved a faulty garment and as i bought online order no 92902049 had to return by post they recieved it back 2 weeks ago but still have not refunded and although i have emailed 3 times i have had no reply other than the standard we ars3dealing with your request email so i don't recommend their online store if you have to return anything
Rang the store tonight, in hope to get a flower girl dress, the girl on the phone was so helpful checked the system it said they didn't have any. She then went to check the stock on the shop floor to find one for me. She put it behind the till for me so I could collect.

Fantastic customer service from Jo at Coney street last week. She went out of her way to find me a Grace dress that I had been searching for a long time for . She had it delivered to my house and I love it .A beautiful dress .I did manage to get another one too , again with her fantastic help. Thank you again Jo, very much . I know you were busy but you stopped everything to help me That's service you don't often get these days . Brilliant .
