   Don't go shopping to over hear a loud conversation between the store manager and Junction 32 shopping centre security boasting about some other colleague and how they would love to physically put them on the floor. Shop is only small and this conversation could be heard across the entirety of the shop. I'm sure plenty of other shoppers that were in at the time were dismayed by what they were hearing also. Disgusting behaviour, very unprofessional, staff not one bit interested in customers until they were very obviously stood at the till actually waiting to part with money. Followed this up by a trip to Levis who could not have been any better or more helpful and polite. Huge gap in level of customer service, Jack Wills should be ashamed.

   Visited your store this morning 27-07-24 at junction 32, Castleford. I believe the service with a smile saying, is no longer valid in your store. Both staff members were lacking any charisma, not once did either smile, even when spoken too. Maybe a lesson on customer service would be beneficial to staff members. Wasn’t the best shopping experience we’ve received.

   I'm a huge fan of Jack Wills clothing, it's fabulously British with a unique style. Yes it's expensive, but quality is and it lasts for ages in this throwaway (Primarni) world of ours, so you can imagine my delight at finding this store here, virtually on my doorstep. A clean modern well stocked and laid out inviting store, incredibly helpful staff. I'm definately having another visit.
