    I went in to check the price on something and spent over £100. I went into the store and was greeted by David and Elodie, both are clearly a great time and work well together. They were friendly, knowledgeable and beyond helpful! I went in to check the price on a jumper and ended up buying 6 tshirts, 2 pj bottoms, 1 onesie and the jumper. Will deffo be shopping here again!

    Love the brand, shopped it for years, been to this branch loads of times, but I think the management has recently changed, I was in today and found something I liked, which was in the sale, it was also tagged and under a sign that said "extra 20% off", extra not already deducted on ticket price, when I got to the till to pay I was asked for the ticket price and when I pointed out the promotion was told quite abruptly the price already included the reduction, no price on that ticket includes a 20% reduction, it's quite simply screw them for as much as you can, if you don't want to offer promotions don't, don't offer it and lie at the till, very unprofessional.

    Couldn't believe I'd found a a Fat face outlet-was i my element. Store look so like their others-not like a warehouse. Product is the same as High street-not from centuries ago. They had an extra 20% off Sale prices-TRUE BARGAINS. The staff were great -helpful but not pushy. Lady helping was lovely-(said Jill on receipt) Got bags of stuff-.

    Super friendly and helpful staff. One lady in particular was so helpful. Fast service at the tills even with ques and still friendly and chatty not rushing people through. The shop was clean and well presented. The stock is lovely quality and washes well. I buy for my friend's daughters as gifts and for myself in the women's range. They now stock Zog clothing too
