Im posting this on behalf of my mum. She came into the Crossgates branch and she was absolutely blown away by the brilliant customer service of a staff member called Gee. She went above and beyond to help my mum and is a real asset to the brand.
Always worth a look. Some great bargains to be had. Staff are always super friendly and helpful.
This relates to an exchange of clothing Despite advising I was on my way to the store from Leeds Centre by bus, very disappointed as I arrived 15.56 to find the store closed, that is before closing time of 4pm. Not impressed with customer service at this store.

The staff at this store are excellent. Even though in the end they couldn't help me, they certainly tried. They went out of their way to assist me and I am very grateful to them all.
I went in store today and was looking for a pirate costume for my little boy as I'd searched high and low in most shops. there wasn't any on the shop floor so the lovely lady linzi who works there went out of her way and got me one from the back and even better it was half price i now have a happy 5 year old thank you linzi a credit to the store x
