Usually quite good, but went to collect ordered goods from online order, and was told not available till next week when it clearly said, ready to collect. Wasted journey, disappointed this time.
They likely have the parts you want but it has gone expensive. Halfords or GSF are much better value these days and are now my preferred choice.
I don't usually leave reviews but for this i had to literally my car battery died and i ordered it and i selected express delivery because my car shutted down and couldn't be started without a new battery so I picked express delivery which was supposed to arrive tomorrow by the end of the day but it never arrived and i called them they said if it doesn't arrive by 18:00pm call us and we can give you a express delivery refund and it never arrived and i called them straight after18:00pm and it said that the office is now closed. And they still haven't refunded me So Rude behaviour Honestly I hate it And i would recommend not to buy anything from them.
I've purchased a battery a year ago from carparts4less and when it died this week their customers service told me to go to an Eurocarparts of my choice to exchange for a new one under warranty, they have even took the initiative to email me a VAT receipt to show at the desk. It took less than 5 minutes to walk out with a brand new battery - great service and couldn't wish for better!
The staff will have customers queuing out of the door and still wont come to help on the counter. They then send you a feedback questionnaire on how they did LOL.
Always a queue.. Definitely need more staff manning the counter.. Not had a wrong part given at this branch though which is good compared with their other branches
Slow Service. What is the point to order in advance when you having to wait 20 minutes with Only 3 customers in Que. No respect of time here.
This is amazing. Whilst this place is aimed at the proffessional car mechanics, it caters well for the DIY’r. Friendly, helpful staff and a wide range (and available) parts. Prices are reasonable - join their mailing list for discount codes every week. Covid measures well implemented by everyone. Click and collect is best. Ample car park.
