   Proper English firm, and the staff know what they are talking about. Just leave it to them. Let them take charge. They also get back to you, with good aftercare. I bought a towbar and paid privately for it to be fitted and regretted not just having it fitted by them the same day, professionally.

   Ordered a reconditioned fuel pump which had a £120 surcharge ontop of the price. Pump arrived and is all working as expected. Posted the old pump back well within the return period only for it to be sent straight back to me. When I phoned to enquire about the reason why it has been sent back I was told that the surcharge was refused due to no part number on the old unit. Pump is original and come off a 16 year old car, it most likely had a sticker on when it was new but due to an oil leak and a diesel leak it probably fell off. When I mentioned this on the phone I got told its in there terms and conditions. When I checked there is no mention at all that the part number must be on the old unit, after a few emails going round in circles I was then told that the label being missing means that the pump is not intact. Very poor in my opinion and they need to make this clearer on there site as I have now ended up saving all of £30 over the cost of what a brand new unit with no surcharge would of cost me from them

   Need a Rav4 2.2 Injector on the spot, £54 cheaper then the dealership, and most others online, they also supplied me with copper washers, on the spot later in the week, very down to earth helpful staff. Highly recommend.

   Sent an website chat request asking to confirm towbar part number for our Tavascan, replied within an hour, ordered at 11am. The towbar was on my doorstep midday the day after. Very quick service. Slight issue with paint in the thread holes but sorted without much effort really. Some words on instructions wouldn't go a miss but got there in the end! Great towbar and electrics at a very good price!

   Amazing company and customer service. Bought a fuel injection pump but unfortunately went to wrong address by mistake but Danny and his colleagues were very quick to sort things out and we're amazing and kept me well informed unfortunately I had to return the pump because my vehicle had to be scrapped due to old age and I received a full refund. I will be definitely be using this company again in the future

   Purchased a replacement refurbished high pressure fuel pump. 9 months later pressure regulator fault happened. My garage said this is due to cheap aftermarket parts used. Wont send out a replacement. Wanting me to pay to have whole pump removed send it back for "testing" however after reading several reviews I'm yet to find any where they admit fault. Going to be cheaper for me to have regulator changed with a genuine part. Poor service when you fork out £300 I'd expect quality parts.

   I will never use this company again, it is very unserious. the staff is very unfriendly and does not help you at all. I brought four injectors and two of them were already cracked when I put them on the car. It's all their fault and they don't want to admit it. They said to buy new ones from their company. Please stay away from this guys. Don't spend your money and time with them.

   I have bought 2 refurbished injectors one was ok the other was licking. I have been twice back to them to be checked and they have said it’s nothing wrong with it. In the mean time I have bought a brand new one still from them , now the car it’s working fine. I have asked for a refund and the answer was no. Very bad services Don’t recommend this company at all!!!
