I purchased some diff bushes, then realised I ordered the wrong hardness. I needed some sub frame bushes as well so called and explained my mistake, he was very helpful and swapped my original order over and delivered them all at once. Very helpful and polite. Very good service.
Terrible customer service. Items do not fit the car, have tried contacting them on numerous occasions and sent 3 emails, still not had a reply in over a month.
