   The most friendliest, most professional, and most dedicated staff in any main manufacturer ive dealt with.    The man on the counter was bad mannered, i asked him the part even my mechanic has their membership and phoned them earlier as they serve only trade members,he told me phone the counter and pay them and place order on the phone then he went back ,he almost refused, so my mechanic phoned again gave them order again and I paid on my card after that lady on the counter was ok then she printed the invoice and the man brought the part handed me and said sorry for the mess, I never find any bad manner person on the counter tops has many other branches , I will never visit them in future

   Whenever me or my friend been there to buy part for service we were able to buy for each other. Last time I been there to collect ordered item my friend called me that if I could get parts for him. I asked the person if I could get more parts the answer was no as we are only deal over the phone... so my question is if you people are dealing over the phone why are you letting people come over the counter to pick the parts up. you better deliver them or if someone is already there with order and they want to order more let them do that...

   I bought many parts from them. They are expensive if u are not a trade customer, you have to order over the phone and then go within a specific time slots issued to u , that is a pain. Staff is ok, some customer service representative are very helpful while some are very rude. Its your luck who is serving u. Overall good experience . They provide delivery only to the garage.
