   Any good reviews on this 'garage" must be by fake accounts or as favours! On collecting a car from them on behalf of a customer, we were refused keys saying that they hadn't paid the bill, when proof of payment was provided. 2 hours later and threating to report the car stolen, we finally got the keys. While waiting they moved the car around 4 times, once even curbing the wheel damaging it and giving me a invoice stating on the invoice "not recommended to drive" (maybe they should have looked at their recommendation before driving it around 4 times) The car was left with them for 5 months being no better, infact worse. All staff were beyond rude especially the lady. I don't think they could comprehend the amount of money given to them (£3,500) basically for storage and then trying to say they've not been paid and they're the ones being rude?? Speaking to neighbouring businesses around them, it's a regular occurance that customers are outside arguing with them for one for or another. AVOID!!!!

   Purchase was ok, engine as described. I returned old engine on the surcharge scheme. Never received my refund of £150+VAT for the old unit. Been fobbed off on phone, told refund will be processed. Never happened, still waiting and still being fobbed off over 2 months down the line. My advice would be to refuse to pay a surcharge if you buy from this company as you will probably never get your money back.

   Absolutely fantastic service from this company. My car broke down and it turned out I needed a new engine. Peugeot garage quoted me over £9k, tried many local garages and no one else wanted the job.Although specialist Auto spares was quite far from home, they took on the repair and did the job at a fraction of the price Peugeot quoted. They organised to pick my car up, and kept me updated throughout the time the car was in their garage. I would recommend this company to anybody. The after care, follow up etc has been fantastic too.

   Ewen 1 star its to mutch for this company awful service please be aware scam company ! You get your money and time loos it. No answers very rude people! But not problem I will get sorted by the law. Just collecting money from bank cards! This is fraud what they doing with people.

   Initially good response but as soon as money was paid, I haven't heard anything regarding the engine which was over £1,100. Everytime I call just for a tracking number the lady on the phone says that team are in a meeting.. How many meetings can a team have? I hope it's regarding customer communication. Now I have no idea if I even have an engine coming, and if so, no idea when!

   Ordered engine for my car, I was advised delivery would take 3-4 days which never happened. I called numerous times only to be fed lie after lie over the delivery, each time they promised delivery I arranged for someone to wait in to accept, only for it not to show up, the engine was finally delivered after 4 weeks. Once I contacted them to collect old engine there was a driver there the next day surprise surprise! Due to problems listed above I was promised delivery charge would be refunded aswell as the deposit which hasn’t happened, I have chased for over 4 weeks for the refund to be told every time that it’s being processed. Then when it finally was processed it was £50 short. I have tried to chase this many times only to be ignored, no communication what so ever. Biggest con artists ever, would not recommend using this company at all.
