Please avoid at all costs. Purchased a cat converter on the 13th March 2024 had it on my car literally a month (little Peugeot) nothing fancy it completely sheered off leaving me with no car and £200+ down. Rang them to be told it has to be sent off to be checked?? Taking 6 to 8 weeks. Explained my Dad was dying with Lukemia and that I needed my car to get him to hospital appointments and couldn’t wait 6 to 8 weeks. Tried to explain this this to to Graham (apparently the manager) ?? who hung the phone up on me. When I took the part back with the reciept i asked for a refund for someone in the back office to shout no she can’t it’s getting g sent away… guys please avoid the customer service is appalling
Ordered oe equipment, got intermotor. Either these guy have no clue what they are doing or they just wanna fob people off.

One phone call to confirm parts were in and reserved for me to collect. Decided to replace wipers on the front of my Toyota when I arrived. The sales person even had the decency to come out and check the parts were correct. Great service. Recommended.
