We use TPS occasionally for our Japanese imported Audi and VW, never had an issue, parts arrive on time, drivers always polite but wanted to say a special thanks to Andrea who has just helped me sort out some issues I had my end with our account and invoices I had lost. Such a very helpful and efficient person to deal with. Thank you Andrea & TPS.
Guy on was reception extremely rude. Would suggest going to either a different branch or directly to VW. Keeps you waiting forever and seems like he doesn’t want to be there.

Guy on Reception is so rude and don’t want to help customers at all, seem he don’t like Asian people . Shouldn’t be working there if you can’t deal with Asian customers Enquirie. Never again
Great for car parts, just make sure the call centre staff order the correct part. Twice they've sent the wrong parts over 4 or 5 orders
I turned at the Bolton depot @ 8:30am unfortunately they didn’t open till 9am. Colin & Micheal opened up for me and I got the part I wanted there and then. Very good service thanks guys
Being a regular TPS customer not happy with the service. Called a day before to order a small part. Didn't even bother noting down my details. Called back again to point this out to which the guy said its showing as one available. So said will come down next day to collect it. Visited the branch and stood in queue for 25 mins as only one person available in the whole branch. Finally got through to only find out the part is not available even through their inventory shows as available. Not upto TPS standards, they need to make more staffs available there. However kudos to the fella behind the counter doing his best.
