   To the Speedyparts driver who saw fit to beep and nearly run me off the road today, 11th April 2025 outside Tesco Express at 11:05 on Wellington Road, Bollington, the driver in front of you who was turning into the car park, had flashed me to let me out as access was tight due to the van being parked on the corner, but you decided that I had just pulled out, which was NOT the case. You were behind the driver who flashed me to let me out so guess who was in the wrong!!??? You you absolute melt!! KILL YOUR SPEED, NOT LIVES!! you are a danger on the roads!

   Not a good experience, Rang up for BMW compatible G11 "BLUE/GREEN' coolant was told yep in stock. Came to collect it and was given Red OAT coolant, I questioned the sales advisor stating that BMW normally use BLUE G11 coolant as far as I am aware and was repeatedly told by him no that's right for the car in a quite condescending tone like I was some DIY have a go hero, I was in my work uniform? Unconvinced I left went back to my workshop and checked the internet did some ringing around my other suppliers only to be informed nope your right its definitely "BLUE" G11 coolant, Now I'm not being funny I've been a mechanic for 27 years I am Skoda and Ford trained not BMW so had to do my homework but I expect a supplier to know what I need for whatever vehicle I am buying parts for and to be given the correct item and not to be fobbed off. Clearly your staff don't know what would happen if you put organic acid technology OAT coolant in a cooling system designed for non OAT? It's called corrosion and it would eat the headgasket, kill the radiator and furr up the water jacket. The reason I needed the coolant was I had just replaced the water pump which had literally grenaded due to the owner putting the wrong coolant in it. You need to train your staff better and educate them or at least tell them not to give advice on things they are not familiar with as it is costly and potentially dangerous.
