   Been using them for 15 years, lovely staff, lovely drivers, most incompetent manager in the world “Noel”. To the owners of this business, change your manager and how you run the business and you may have a fighting chance. Continue as you are and you’ll lose the trust of your customers at a steady pace. Please change your suppliers of electric goods as they’re all prone to failure, and your warranty system is as good as nonexistent.

   Rang hours before and was told the part i need would be ordered in an be ready for 3:40pm, it’s now 4:45pm I’m here and it’s not made the van apparently and I left work early and travel miles out of my way to get this well needed part and this place let me down, 5 staff members talking not doing any work making me feel like no one care but how can the not get 1 order right and now I’ll never use them again absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company. ! Stay well away of you don’t want to be disappointed!!! Absolutely useless staff

   My brother visited the General Traffic store at Bolton and encountered appalling behaviour from staff behind the counter. While one employee assisted him at the till, other staff members openly laughed, pointed, and sniggered, covering their mouths, targeting my brother due to his dwarfism!!! They hid behind the till in a group like children, and cowardly looked and gawped at my brother. This cruel behaviour really upset him, and it’s heartbreaking that he faced such disrespect from individuals expected to provide a service in a shop. There was an older man with grey hair who looked to be in his 60s and a woman white hair with glasses, these employees need to be accountable for there disgraceful actions they should know better than to discrimination innocent people with disabilities. I was appalled to learn that even after my brother spoke with the manager, he failed to instruct his staff to apologise to my brother. I feel the manager handled it all very poorly. The behaviour of the staff was so disrespectful, and they cowardly stayed out of sight in the back of the shop. I must warn people stay out of this terrible place!!

   Customer service skills are soo bad they spend more time looking at a computer than customers, and move so slow when you eventually get to the counter, waited for 20 mins just to be asked what I need for my car

   Love this place. Good value, good parking, neat tidy shop, knowledgeable staff, wish I'd found them sooner. It is a bit tucked away but I've seen the vans driving around for years. Definitely one of the better suppliers of car parts, accessories and consumables.
