    Sell clothes that shrink and then won’t give refunds. Shop owner instead accuses me that I shrunk it deliberately! I had photos with measurements of the clothes of before and after but shop owner won’t even look at it. Shop owner refuses to look at the clothes to rectify this. All shops have an obligation to either repair, replace or refund. A comment has been left here by shop owner to say customer received a refund but there are three identical items and after a big battle I only received a refund for one out of the three items. Shop says the matter is dealt with but what about the other two clothing items? Been treated terribly and no liability is taken by shop. My credit card company gave me a refund in the end, as the shop owner refused and my credit card company agreed that I was unfairly treated. So I no longer needed to pursue the matter thanks to my credit card company. Shop owner tried to get the police involved to intimidate me but the police did not take sides at all as they advised me that there was definite harassment from the shop owner towards myself. I was frightened of the shop owner.
