   Who would think that changing a brake light bulb would lose me a day and a half of my life. 3 trips to the garage. Lies and broken promises. Feel foolish for not seeing beyond the smile. Absolutely awful. So glad it wasn't anything more desperate.

   Absolutely appalling service. We took our car in expecting it to be fixed when they said it would be, but instead we were messed around again and again. They had us bring the car back around six times, keeping it in for full days (9am to 5:30pm) without fixing it and without even bothering to call us with updates. Each time, we were the ones who had to chase them just to get the car back in time to collect our daughter from nursery. When we finally did get the car back, it still wasn’t fixed, so we had to return yet again. Eventually, after all that back and forth, they claimed to fix it — but even now, the car is still not running properly. To make matters worse, we paid all this money and it’s still not properly fixed. The whole experience was an absolute joke. Not only did they waste our time and fail to do the job properly, but they also made things incredibly stressful for us at a time when we couldn’t even leave the house because we had a newborn baby and I was recovering from a C-section. Completely unreliable, unprofessional, and lacking basic communication. Would not recommend this garage to anyone.

   Broken bolts, missing bolts, paint used was a different shade of white to original factory spec and not a peep when I brought to his attention. I had to pull bolts from holes meant for plastic clips which are meant to hold numberplate and screw them into their proper holes myself. The stupidity is mind-blowing. How on earth can you be that forgetful about where the 10 or so bolts came from on a bumper that was removed the previous day? After having a good look at the work done, I noticed alot of over spray on my mud flaps, tyres and inside the filler port. I'm seeking legal advice...

   Had to return 3 times for insurance paintwork repair repair . Fist time it crazed after 3 days , second time it came back with a mat finish third time just as bad gave up returning. Panels not lined up either and told yhats how they are. Utter rubbish . Do not use

   The staff are completely unprofessional. Never seen such an unkept garage in all my life. This is reflected in the work they do. Shoddy to say the very least. Would not recommend! 3/10

   DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! I needed a new rear bumper and he had my car for 4 weeks telling me he was waiting for the delivery, he didn't even put a new bumper on as its still all cracked underneath he just buffed it out He charged me £500!!

   I have been using this garage now for some time and I must say, what an amazing business. For years now I have been wanting to restore my mk1 Ford Capri. These guys have taken to the job and what a difference. So far, the front valance replaced, front crossmember removed and replaced, both sills replaced with plenty of welding, Cylinder head removed then full engine replacement all for a very fair price. The car is finally up and running and back on the road. I cant say just how impressed I am at the quality of their work. Next stage, Wings and bonnet then eventually a full respray. Turns out they have a full heated spray booth at the back of the garage, there really is no job that these guys cant undertake. Once again thank you Car Care Centre, I will continue updating this review as the restoration progresses!
