Ship has finally sank!! Terrible food quality and terrible service and food hasn't been hot the last 3 times I'm done !!
Hit and miss. Sometimes it's brilliant other times it's not so great. New Year's Eve ordered chicken balls which were overcooked. Batter crumbled and chicken was like rubber. Sweet and sour sauce was like jam.
Ordered food at 5.50 pm was given a delivery time of 7.30 pm had to phone up at 8.30pm was then told my order was still in the kitchen it then arrived at 9.15pm food was warm. If they had told me that I had to wait over 3 hour's I wouldn't have ordered, not good enough definitely will not use again.
Ordered a combo meal. Satay chicken wasn’t satay it was like weak gravy & smelt like a dirty unfiltered fish tank! The rice was nice that was all. Wouldn’t return I’ll stick to lucky house instead.
I brought the big munch box, if was heaven, the staff are really nice as well
Husband went for ribs, fried rice, chicken fried rice & curry sauce, very disappointed when he got home as they had not given the chicken fried rice so went elsewhere to get it as the service at the Jade Garden was rubbish will definitely not go there again

Seriously how is this open, i wouldn't feed a stray dog what they service up. Come on sankey we can do better than this , weren't in a war yet .
Very sorry to leave negative review. Ordered beef in oyster sauce,beef satay fry rice and noodles, meat not cooked properly. My Mrs sick vomited with child for 3 days. You lost my custom forever.
11/12/21 Possibly the worst takeaway I have hade from Jade Garden! Will have to rethink where I go next time. Ordered for 6.30pm arrived at 6.50pm. Chips were stone cold,chicken balls chewy and either overcooked or refried. Other two dishes fairly hot but just OK. Very disappointing, standards have definitely slipped if this order is anything to go by.
