   Just ordered here for the first time and wish I’d checked reviews first. Hands down the worse Chinese I’ve ever even tried to eat. Everything was look warm. Soggy duck spring rolls and opened them up and no duck in them. Do they realise duck is a dark meat and we can literally see there’s no duck in them! Absolute scam! Will be asking for a refund from just eat. Won’t use again. Most of it had to binned and we’ve ordered again from a different place.

   How is this place only got 3.3 rating…. 1st time going here and it was bangin … ribs weren’t amazing but edible… everything else was spot on £90 for 5 of us well spent All happy

   If i could rate zero i would! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! FOOD WAS DISGUSTING. Curry was green and vile salt and pepper chicken was soggy chips were oven chips and not cooked fully. Crispy chilli beef was awful like slop the whole meal was inedible wouldnt feed it to my dog. And when inrang to complain staff couldnt care less. Need closing down ASAP!!

   DONT GO THIS PLACE!!! We ordered for delivery got a salt & pepper box with curry sauce & large salt n pepper chips on the side. The food got delivered. Opened it up and a small salt n pepper box was there with a few peices of chicken a few chips and loads of onions & chillis. Their food was cold and had no flavour what so ever!! The curry had different colour running through it even after siring it, the curry was still the same like a brown and green colour. Need closing asap

   We've been ordering from Summer Palace for the past couple of years, and have only good things to say. We love their food, especially the shredded chilli beef and salt and pepper chips. Always delivered on time and the drivers always pleasant. This is our go-to place.

   I can honestly say this is the worst takeaway I have ever had. We’ve just ordered 2 of the salt and pepper boxes as part of a large order. The chips were undercooked and cold. The chicken was stringy, dry and a questionable texture/taste - also covered in hairs! Other dishes were bland. Can’t eat any of it. We called to complain and the owner was screaming obscenities in the background and extremely rude. Avoid at all costs!

   We ordered lastnight at 18:07 the delivery and got a text at 19:45 saying it was on its way I rang at 20:05 as it still hadn’t arrived and was advised it was 5 mins away then at 20:15 it still wasn’t here so I rang again and was advised the same thing. At 20:40 our food arrived and it was freezing, the gentlemen that delivered this advised he was given 10 deliveries at a time. The food was not nice at all would strongly not reccomend anyone going there apart from the fact the woman on the phone was very rude.

   Food was 2 1/2 hours late. Rang several time. Only to be Fobbed off and kept saying its on its way. Turned up cold at 22:20 after placing the order well before 20:00, egg fried rice was anemic, spring rolls looked like road kill, curry looked like baby sick. Worst place iv tried to get food from. 2 salt and pepper chicken with rice meals £27. Don't mind paying if its worth it. But id of rather just had a pot noodle. Manager never rang back after my 5th call and complaining. Such poor customer service. Never again.
