Great burrito. Fantastic service, I feel nervous/ overwhelmed at all the options. But the server/waiter/chef was fabulous, he talked us through the options, gave us time to decide. Thankyou for the fantastic service. And plenty to comfy seats.

I had an excellent experience at Tortilla! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared – every bite was packed with authentic taste. What made the visit even more memorable was the outstanding service. The team was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. A special appreciation goes to the manager, Mr Mandar who truly stood out. They were welcoming, professional, and clearly dedicated to creating a warm and positive atmosphere for both customers and staff. It’s rare to see such genuine care and leadership reflected in the whole dining experience. Tortilla is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to, not just for the delicious food, but also for the exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

Stopped by Tortilla at Russell Square for a quick bite. The staff were friendly, though a bit confused at times—I was asked if I wanted “cheese or cheese sauce,” and when I said “cheese,” they still double-checked as if I meant sauce. Not a big deal, but a little off. The food itself was underwhelming. I had a bowl with white rice, pinto beans, beef, and chicken, and everything just felt a bit bland. The meats were just warm because they’d been sitting in bins—nothing is freshly cooked or particularly flavorful. I did get the tortilla chips, though, and those were honestly the star of the meal—crispy, fresh, and flavorful. The chips were the one thing I’d happily have again. There’s street seating and two levels inside, so finding a place to sit wasn’t a problem. But honestly, I wouldn’t go back. With so many great places to eat in London, it’s hard to justify returning somewhere that was just average.

Wow! Friendly efficient and kind, got my order perfectly right and I know it isn’t easy with a vegan bugger like me. Middle of lunch rush and they still took care of me, food was delicious and fresh to boot! Will definitely be visiting in the future when I’m in town. Thankfully there’s one by me in Canterbury so I’ll give them a try soon!

good food. but the employees are very bad people. They treat people who don't speak Spanish badly. Ironic because they work in a Mexican restaurant in a country where Spanish is spoken. I asked for black beans and by the way they gave him white beans. and they did not give me the food on a tray. The only friendly employee is the woman from Brazil or Spain. too many discriminators. They have to learn to treat the customer well

Very thoroughly packed Burritos that taste amazing. Got served by a nice young gentleman called Kye who served us at the Soho branch and then by chance again at Russel Square. He stuck in our minds as he was spoke a bit of Spanish with the people he served before us. Very pleasant

Hi there, I ordered a pork burrito on Tuesday night and about halfway through found this shard of plastic in the heart of my burrito. Thankfully I noticed it by pricking my finger opposed to my mouth, but it could have been quite bad, and certainly enough to put my off my meal! Any help on this would be amazing. I have tried to contact the support team at Tortilla and have heard nothing back, so please don't just send me the link!

You might not want to try this, especially if you’re Mexican or not. This food was so plain. One of tue staff wasn’t even looking at us when she was handing us the napkins. The toilet is super dirty. Everything here is unpleasant!

Decent ingredients, I especially loved guacamole. Chicken bits were juicy and everything went well together. I chose a take out option and honestly I’m pretty happy with the packaging too. It wasn’t soaked at the end of my journey home, but that could be also because, fortunately, the food itself did not release any juice. Overall an enjoyable experience.
