Very clean and staff worked hard, cleaning when not cooking. Friendly staff, prompt service. Food was as I asked for. Very happy with my experience.
Staff is amazing! The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was very hygienic. An extremely great place to hangout, with deliciously cooked food.
Absolutely useless. The food was already there and ready for 20 minutes waiting for collection and guess what, they gave it to the delivery driver already cold. Had to microwave and airfry it to make it more eatable. Unwilling to help when phoned up, just blamed it on uber. Well done taco bell.

But, for what it is—fast food with a bit of a Mexican twist—it’s decent. Good, but not great. The tacos? They do the job. Crispy, filled with seasoned beef, lettuce, cheese, and whatever else they can squeeze in before it collapses in your hand. It’s messy, sure, but that’s half the fun, right? The burritos are the same story—packed with rice, beans, and mystery meat. Are they reinventing the wheel? No. But are they satisfying when you need something quick? Absolutely. It’s comfort food with a little extra spice, and sometimes, that’s all you need. Now, the staff—they’re great. Friendly, quick, and they don't judge you for ordering that extra taco when you know you shouldn't. But, here’s the thing: if you’ve had a little too much Mountain Dew and need to visit the toilets, brace yourself. They’re not terrible, but let's just say no one’s winning any “Best Restroom” awards anytime soon. You’ll survive, but it’s not exactly an oasis of cleanliness. So, Taco Bell in Epsom—good tacos, decent burritos, friendly staff. Not a place to write home about, but perfect if you’re after a quick fix. Just maybe plan your bathroom breaks elsewhere. Will I go back? Yeah, probably.
Absolutely despicable service, ordered via Uber Eats, driver waiting over 30 minutes to collect the food with no response from the restaurant. TWO UBER EATS driver left the order and the app states the order still is mot ready. Our very first and last experience with Tacco Bell. Avoid at all costs. Very disappointing as they don't even have a number to call and chase up the order. £30 out of pocket with no food!
Diabolical, tbh not sure what I was expecting from an American chain store but small portions cold on delivery missing items. Only positive was that the lettuce which consisted of most of the wrap was fresh and crunchy. Don't bother
Not the most authentic Mexican however chalupa supreme was enjoyable. Chips dry. Churros a sham. However bottomless Pepsi cola slaps. Worth every penny in my opinion. Nice decor
Terrible service, tried to order at the screens display twice and screen went blank when it went to payment screen, tried to order at the till waiting 10mins and asked is anyone serving and all the staff were interested is making sure all the delivery drivers were sorted and just ignored everyone on the shop floor, absolute shambles, waist of space for Epsom High Street, hope they close down soon and put a better serving restaurant with efficient staff. Do not go there as its a waist of time!!!
My first visit to any Taco Bell. Tiny meat portion in tacos, was mostly lettuce, good crunch but pretty tasteless. Fries had nice seasoning, could of done with salt, best part was the cherry Pepsi. I was really disappointed.... don't know why the Americans rate it so high. Had a churro too, was tough and old (not fresh), all in all, was a huge disappointment and I won't be returning to Taco Bell. Staff were very nice, service was quick & efficient, was keeping it clean and tidy etc just food was a disappointment.
