   Just called in to ask if they had a radio for a mini F56. Within 20 minutes the one that they had was in the car and working. Brilliant service and a fair price. Thanks guys, will definitely use again. Just an update. Later that day I found the same radio on the mintech eBay page for much less, not £150 that they charged me in, but £115.20. Bit disappointed really. They actually had it on eBay for £144.00 free postage as well If I had seen that I would have mentioned it in the shop.

   Rang and order two parts to be told they would be delivered within 48hrs. Called 2 days later when they didnt turn up to be told they had even removed the parts from the car and this would be done straight away and sent out. They then called me back 2 hours later and told me they didn't even have the parts. They did refund me pretty quick.

   Thank you so much to Dean and Joe for sourcing me a replacement wing mirror for my Mini Countryman. After being quoted £950 from BMW / Mini dealership, these guys came to my rescue for a lot lot less money and excellent service, was fitted within minutes and I was away. Would highly recommend to anyone missing any bits and bobs on their Mini’s. Thank you so much!

   Went to Mintech today after having difficulty opening the bonnet of my mini. Had been told it was a problem with bonnet catch and to get a replacement. Spoke to Joe there who was amazing, really friendly and helpful. Straight away noticed that it was the bonnet that was catching on the headlight. He replaced fittings and sorted the problem whilst we waited. Fantastic service would highly recommend .5 STARS

   Absolutely first class! The sales team were so helpful I couldn’t get over it! Having spent a week of my life looking for a replacement mini engine across so many platforms I wish I had phone Dean and Karen first. They listen - found a reconditioned engine, sorted out delivery and within 2 days the engine has arrived and is going in - and that’s in Scotland! From first contact to final smiling pallet man delivery the whole thing couldn’t have been better.
