   Paid the extra £10 for the bike to be assembled in store. Collected the bike to be ridden home to find all the following wrong with it - Gears were all still tied together with string. Handlebars out of alignment. Front wheel off centre. Brake wires not secured. Extremely dangerous so if you are paying for the service to have it assembled please be careful and check it thoroughly before riding it. Luckily we have a friend who’s a bike mechanic who fixed all this for us.

   I must admit I was a bit sceptical about using Halfords but I was proved wrong by my recent visit. The staff were friendly and inforaive. I needed two headlight bulbs for my old Jaguar x-series. The staff found the parts I needed immediately and promptly and expertly fitted the bulbs for me. It was a tricky job due to the age of my car but the young an who did the job was not at all phased. Ten minutes later and the job was done. It only cost me £35 for both bulbs including fitting. Excellent, professional, friendly and polite service. Great value. Highly recomended. A+++++ Don't know the members of staffs nae but it was on the 12th Deceber Bury branch at about 0930 in the am. Well done all the staff particularly the bulb fitter. Thank you and you should ask for a raise. Halfords your staff do you credit. Your online website needs attention though that doesn't do you any favours

   I would highly recommend Halfords, they’re my number one shop for anything to do with my car. The staff are always friendly and really helpful. I’d like to give a big thank you to Wasim at the Bury store for putting in my oil and screen wash, and for the great advice about antifreeze and brake fluid. Excellent service as always!

   Hi to Chris Tom Rachel and the rest of the team at halfords bury. I just wanted to leave a review to say how brilliant these guys have been for over a year now since I purchased my first bike they have looked after me,so professional and no job or repairs have been a problem to them, I would go as far of saying they go the extra mile to help. And I collected my new 3rd boardman bike today and are over the moon with it Thanks for every again keep up the good work and merry Xmas.

   I was pleasantly surprised at the price for my car battery, very competitive. I phoned first to confirm they had it in stock at the Bury store, then went direct. The two ladies who served me me were pleasant, polite and helpful. Fitting was carried out with a minimum of fuss in very short time. I was genuinely impressed. Well done, Halfords, Bury!

   Exceptional level of F2F interaction, assistance and overall product knowledge. Asked about a particular product, but wondered if the functionality would suit my overall needs. Staff member thought about a potential similar product - that might still be in stock - and there it was… And a further discount! Thanks I will be back soon!

   Expensive, had to return product as potentially not suitable for car even though this was recommended on Halfords website via a miserable staff member in store. On refund wouldn't refund via phone payment had to go get physical card. Not a good service to want me going back there. Got better service & price at Radcliffe motor spares.

   Went in at 4pm before they closed for the bank holiday in desperate need of a new battery for my car - within 15 minutes I not only had a replacement battery but I also had it fitted. Usually most customer service you get it pretty neutral/nothing out of the ordinary, but the staff here were really professional and friendly and it stood out to me. While I was waiting I saw other customers being helped in the same way and it just seemed like the people working there were proud of the job they did and genuinely wanted to give a good service
