   Super nice guy, got me booked in quickly. Unfortunately he couldn't find the issue with my car as I had to clear the fault codes to drive it, but he did a thorough investigation and didn't charge me for plugging it in which is normally at least £50 from my previous experience. Will definitely be going back in the future.

   Professional but prone to amateurish mistakes. Took my car for a full service and a couple of repairs which were completed to a very good standard, as the costs were quite high, they tried their best to give a little discount which was appreciated. However, one of the repairs involved changing the blow motor (nightmare for Civic 04-12 owners!) quoted £450 for the part and £150 for the job as the motor was 'definetly' faulty. Decided to leave this for another time. A little over a week later I took the car for its MOT at a local garage and the mechanic tested the motor (without removing it) and confirmed it was working fine and I just needed a heat resistor fitting (£10 on Ebay and £30 to fit). Disappointed that PCH didn't conduct this simple test and instead were willing to charge me £600 for a job that should have cost me £40ish. I don't believe PCH were attempting anything untoward and I'm sure this was just genuinely overlooked by them. I just expected better from a reputable specialist and had I been able to afford the repair at the time I would have trusted their judgement and trusted them to conduct the repair.

   Amazing service, called up the day before the long Easter weekend with a tyre issue no other garage would help with, they fitted me in on the same day and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Staff were informative, friendly and helpful. I’m not local but if I were I’d definitely use again!
