I ordered for delivery on deliveroo, the chicken and beef were both over, and under-cooked respectively to where they had the same texture. Rice was not cooked fully, overall a really, really unpleasant meal, especially considering the price point. A real shame as these operational issues are easily tackled.
Honestly it would been fair if I paid at least between £7-£8 for a small quesadilla and with 3 sides. Paying £13 to me is an honest rip off. Never again your better off heading to the McDonald down the street.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by amazing staff, Madigan stood out to me the most due to his very professional work ethic.
Other chipotles seam fine but the food here tasted like a lukewarm mush as if all the ingredients were low quality and had been lying out in the warm sun for days. Really sad as I would absolutely love a decent burrito
If I could I would give less than 1 star. Had my chipotle was really enjoying it until I’m getting to the rice, was really disappointed as I found a hair wrapped in my rice. Disgusting please solve ur kitchen problems. Don’t even get me started on the rice and meat because that didn’t bother me as much. Thanks for actually making me throw up.
Ordered on Uber. Bowls were missing and beans, side order of quac was missing too. Rice was all old and clumpy. Avoid.
Just ordered one tonight . Steak was probably sitting on food warmer forever. It was tough as a beef jerky
Disgusting. Worst burrito and worst keto bowl I've ever had in my life. The dish came missing half of the ingredients - keto bowl had no advertised guacamole and very little salad. The burrito bowl looked like something my dog threw up. It was supposed to have lettuce and sour cream. It had three tiny strips of lettuce, there was no salsa I ordered and the sour cream was half a teaspoon splodged on one corner of the pork. So this was basically just pork and a ton of mozzarella. Not a burrito bowl. Avoid at all cost.
