   My EV got a tyre puncture repaired in Halforxx a week ago. Still leaking slightly and they told me it's not repairable and I have to replace a new tyre. Brought it to Cheadle Kwikkfit, nice technician patched it perfectly in 20 minutes. Simply fantastic.

   I booked an appointment at 8 30 am Turned to the appointment at 8.20 am to be told by a receptionist that was more sleepy than awake, that we are not open yet, I said, Shall I wait outside in the car and you let me when you are ready ?! HE said yes it is fine. 8.40 , no one is coming forward, I go in, to find a different guy, looks like a technician, who tells me, I can do it at 10.30 as you missed your appointment !!! Without even an apology and with very dismissive manner. I call their central customer service, to have a lady telling me it was my mistake to not have stayed in or walked in earlier and now they have to respect the 9 am appointment and delay me for 2 hours !! And they think that is sensible Won't ever use their services . Not in Cheadle not anywhere .. Shocking !

   Totally ignorant, arrived on time, but had to wait for a long time to just leave the car with them. The wheel has a bad vibration on 60mph and above, which it was better before I left the car here. I'm not sure if they had done the right job with wheel balance. The alloys were left dirty as well as you can see. I do not recommend them at all. These picture has been taken right out of the Kwik fit parking.

   Went to Cheadle Kwikfit after being told by staff at the Stockport branch were fully booked and too busy to fit me in - even though it was before 4pm on a friday and there was only "1" car on the ramp, clearly NOT too busy or fully booked! Anyway, took a 10 minute drive to the Cheadle branch and was extremely impressed at how nice, polite, friendly and efficient the staff there was. A complete difference to Stockport. I went in and was greeted by a happy smiling face on the reception desk. The lady took my keys and my car had 3 brand new much needed tyres put on it and was done so quickly that i was driving home 20 minutes later! Needless to say Cheadle Kwikfit will be my 1st choice for new tyres or repairs next time! Thank you so much CHEADLE KWIKFIT - u really saved my bacon!!

   I can’t speak highly enough of this branch of Kwikfit, which rescued me from car woes while visiting the area. The staff were courteous and professional and made all efforts to diagnose the problem. I would particularly like to praise Mike, who finally spotted why my car was making an alarming scraping sound when being driven off. This was fixed immediately with no charge. Thank you!!
