The food is always so tasty from here, the prawn toast never fails to impress

Salt and pepper chicken is one of the best I’ve had in liverpool in recent years, trust me. Non of that stringy cheap crap you usually get these days. Value for money is incredible. Only down side for was the fried rice seems pre made and bland like most chippies these days, if they made this fresh would be unbeatable.

Really good value, food is fresh and big portions. Good vegetarian options too, but the sauces are quite bland and tasted the same unfortunately. The ginger and spring onion was the best, the black bean and cashew sauces didn't taste of anything at all and the satay was bland too. Their website is very easy to order on however!

Meal today was ok but I am truly gutted that the old owners have gone. Never has anyone made S&P ribs like them and the new owners definitely don’t. I used to get Roast Duck Hong Kong style and this is no longer available. Very standard menu now. Not special at all. Sad times. If anyone knows if the old owners have set up somewhere else, please post here.

Good value, tasty food. Lovely and clean. We chose a few vegetarian dishes and they had had loads of different veg. The chow mein in particular was a winner!

New owners should have changed the name as keeping it as the Chi Nar is deceiving. The food is not a patch on the old Chi Nar. Really really poor food, not a single dish was very nice. Possibly the worst crispy chilli beef I’ve ever had (not sure there was any beef in it).

Just good. Nothing stellar. Easy to order on their app for convenience and collection. Food was alright...a little on the bland side if I'm being honest

Nice service and reasonable priced. However, dry fried rice, dry noodles and over cooked king prawns. This place could be amazing but there is a lack of finesse in the food
