    We ordered food to be delivered. We called after an hour and a half, 2 hours and 2 and a half hours. Every time they say the same thing "we're just preparing your food now". 3 hours and 10 minutes later I had to physically go to the chippy instead, even though we paid for delivery. Not only waiting for over 3 hours, but the food was stone cold. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    2 hours to get some mediocre food delivered. If your busy, reject the order. and then if it is going to take 2 hours, tell the customer! Don't lie saying "he's just turning into your street" every time the customer rings up. Not even apologetic. We will never buy from this Chippy again and it was the only Chippy we used. Spending the night at the window waiting for some cold food is not for me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    TWICE now the food took over 2 hours and a phone call to arrive. When I rang all I got was "it's busy tonight" I suggest you get more staff or don't take so many orders on. It's such a shame because the food is lovely but as the service is so bad and there are plenty of other places to order from, we won't be ordering from there again. Fast food it is not!

    Awful food arrived and was either over cooked or cold and hard not fresh at all.. what a disgusting disappointment

    worse takeaway ever . ordered salt n pepper chicken , noodles , chips and curry waited 2 hours for it . when it came I only received noodles n chips . phoned them up and they called me a liar and refused to give me my money back. staff absolutely appalling.

    We ordered our food 1 hour and 40 minutes ago, it's still not here. We were told it would take 1 hour. This is only our second delivery from this take away, and the first one was delivered with stuff missing. If the food is cold we won't be ordering from here again. 5 stars for the chef as the food is tasty, minus 3 stars for all the problems. Update: So... chips were cold. Fish was cold. Had to microwave them, so it was not very nice in the end and the chips were really bad. Will not be ordering again.

    Found lots of egg shell in our special fried rice... Feel sick today after eating here last night, never again....

    It took two hours and 30 minutes for it to come had to warm it up and was not nice at all this Chippy has gone down the drain lately never order anything from them again
