   It's hit and miss on the chips, sometimes decent and warm-hot but never hot enough, need to be piping hot, not always fresh tasting, a little dry but ok. Decent just not great, but it's always more expensive than all the other several chippies in the area but smaller portions too. I wouldn't mind paying the extra if portion size was at least equal to the other cheaper chippies and if the food went from ok to very good.

   Horrible special fried rice just tasted of cooking oil like they poured half a bottle in the pan. Two members of their staff so miserable. The place looked dirty. Won't be going again. The chips were alright

   Loved this place back in the day, then it got taken over (by a family member I think) and the quality seems to have gone down slightly and prices seem to creep up without people realising it.

   Rudest staff in Liverpool. Very rude... & some bloke, in & out apparently doing delivery.,stinking of weed .does he have a food hygiene certificate? I wonder if the staff in pyjamas and slippers do. Dirty looking place .No sign of apron/uniform/ hair net...I work In a 5 star School kitchen. And find the facility I saw today is very poor. Bought a soss dinner. Nasty...it's in the bin

   Don't even deserve 1 star phoned an order which cost over £32. Was told 45 minutes delivery time phoned back after 1 hour and told it was 2 hours. They turned up after 1hr 45 minutes. The chips were luke warm and over cooked and dark brown. I got a fish which cost over £4 and there was more batter than fish. And the complimentary prawn crackers where no where to be seen. Do yourself a favour and get your food elsewhere I for one will never use them again.
