   This is an excellent, trustworthy, independent garage that I have used for years now. The service is excellent, they call you back when they say they will and they will have your car issues sorted in no time and at very reasonably prices. For example, I have just had an exhaust clamp changed and I was in and out within 15 mins. The staff are very knowledgable and they make you feel welcome with a special mention going to Andy on reception and Chris who runs it. After experiencing awful service from the main Manchester Audi dealer last week, this place is an absolute gem of a garage! I can't recommend them highly enough!

   Diagnosed a tricky issue with my BMW convertible.Chris and the team were excellent and dispite an unusual and complex issue, their approach was determined as they persevered through a methodical diagnosis keeping me well informed of the process and options along the way to resolve. Excellent attitude to this complex task and such a pleasant, helpful, professional and trustworthy approach which was much appreciated. They obviously care, know their cars and refused to be beaten by this stubborn old one and did not let the cost run riot!! Very impressed ! Many thanks and highly recommended.

   Following a minor collision, the fitting around my car’s fog light had become loose and was proving difficult to secure properly. As the car is my pride and joy, I was understandably a little apprehensive about anyone attempting to fix it, in case it led to further damage. However, I approached Chris without an appointment, and he kindly attended to the issue immediately, without me having to wait. Watching Chris work put me at ease straight away—his calm, confident manner and evident expertise were truly reassuring. Despite the awkward fit, he resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, without any fuss and at no charge. Chris was professional, courteous, and a true gent in every sense. Thank you, Chris—your help was very much appreciated!

   I have used Autotechnic since I moved to the area 6 years ago. Coincidentally, we own 2 Audi’s and having a German car specialist on our doorstep was way too good an opportunity to turn down so we gave them a go. What we didn’t realise at the time was that Steve & Andy run such a top garage and we have not been anywhere else since. We use them for all servicing and all repairs for our cars, I actually rate them better than the Audi garages. They are really knowledgeable and have the diagnostic equipment required for Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Mini’s. They also undercut the dealership garages so the work is always great value. Above all, they are so honest and care about their customers & community - on numerous occasions I’ve personally had them take care of an issue that turned out to be minor and they have refused to take any money. A top group of people - I highly recommend.
