   I had a fantastic experience with this garage and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service provided. From the moment I got in touch, the communication was clear, professional, and reassuring, which instantly put me at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly and honestly, with no pressure at any point. A true gentleman assisted me with my tyres, and he was absolutely excellent. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to make sure everything was done properly and safely. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer care, and it really made a difference to my experience. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, and I left feeling confident and well looked after. This is a wonderful garage that clearly takes pride in its work and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family without hesitation, and I will certainly be returning in the future.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been using Contact Tyres for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are always friendly, professional, and honest. Over the years they’ve done everything for me, from MOTs and services to repairs, new tyres, wheel alignment, and even air-con regassing. The work is always carried out to a high standard, prices are fair, and they always explain things clearly. It’s great to have a garage you can really trust. Highly recommended!

   Got the job done but rude staff. Had the car booked in for an MOT for Tuesday 14th, though I got a text saying Tuesday wasn’t available so I booked for 10:30 on Wednesday 15th instead, which I had no problem with. Tuesday approaches and I received 2 missed phone calls early in the morning, when I ring the number back the man on the phone was very rude and abrupt, asking why I didn’t pick up the phone when to my knowledge, I was booked in for Wednesday, so why would I have to answer when I’m not expecting anything? He then said he’ll pick up the car on Wednesday, and questioned “can’t you do the earlier slot” when I specifically booked the later slot for convenience. But I agreed to it to make their life easier, as I could tell he wanted to save time and collect the vehicle before getting to the garage with what he was saying. He kept saying that if I don’t answer the phone then they’re not coming. Wednesday arrives, I receive phone call from the same guy, all he says is “are we coming or not?” To which, I responded “well, that was the plan”. When I receive my car back from the MOT, he just hands me the keys, doesn’t inform me of whether the car passed or not to which I’m assuming it has, very unimpressed. The entire communication I had with him felt very belittling, like I was in the wrong. Totally uncivilised. Safe to say I won’t be using their services after this experience.

   These guys are first class and so helpful. They did a brilliant job of my tyre balancing and tracking but much more than that. I had a different problem with my car, which was nothing to do with the tyres as well and they were so so helpful regarding that too, really trying to help me out so i could go to the right place and get the other issue sorted. Really sound fellas, lovely characters and highly recommend. 5 ⭐️ service. Will definitely be back. Thank you x

   When i have been in a tight issue and a short timeline, as we all are when we lose our main mode of transport, this garage, this team was a genuine help and kept me updated informed and helped me through the whole process, fixing my car in record time, MOT and even staying a little late, advising me through what the could be a future issue so that i can actively keep an eye on issues before they get worse. i would say this is one of the best garages that i have used in recent and would recommend them for jobs big and small and even if they cant do it they will grab an mechanic/electrician that will. 10/10 on service.
