Would not recommend at all! Clueless, zero communication, dishonest, waste of time and money. Went in with one issue came back with 5 more. Charged me for keeping my car and doing nothing for 2 days. Very rude and dishonest bunch of people!

Take any of my cars here which need more heavy work. Very good and cars are not sat around for ages to be repaired. If you book in they will jump on it straight away and get the job done right.

Did my MOT/Full service at R/S Autos via SERVICINGSTOP. They rang me to say brake fuel needed changing and wanted me to pay a further Β£359 (said I could pay by monthly instalments). Refused and got them to return car as I had already paid in full for service and mot. Checked with Halfords and Kwikfit who quoted me Β£49.99 and Β£50 respectively for brake fluid change. (No mention of any brake fuel change recommendations on MOT invoice or on pass certificate.)

I recently had a drivetrain fault warning come up on my BMW M135i (F40) at around 39,000 miles. My car was covered by RAC warranty, and the nearest approved garage was RS Autos, so I took it there. When I first spoke to them, I mentioned that many owners had experienced similar issues related to spark plugs, but I was told βdonβt believe everything you read on the internet,β which felt a bit dismissive. They kept my car for about an hour or two, scanned it, and confirmed there was a drivetrain fault but didnβt find the cause. They said it drove fine, charged me Β£40, and then recommended I replace the battery (Β£300+), update the car software (a few hundred more), and possibly inspect wiring β altogether running into four figures. Understandably, I was concerned and decided to get a second opinion from Deepdale Service Station, a local BMW specialist. They quickly diagnosed the actual issue β spark plugs β and replaced them for Β£160 including labour and VAT. The car has been perfect since. Iβm not saying RS Autos are dishonest, but itβs clear they donβt have the right BMW-specific diagnostic tools or experience for more specialist models. If you drive something like a BMW or other high-performance car, Iβd strongly recommend going to a proper specialist rather than here.

Undertray snapped rather than removed, original connecters cut off for no reason. Wires not secured properly with proper bolts just cable tied poorly. Garden hose used on a hot exhaust causing it to melt had the car back for 20 min before it broke worce than when it went in. I supplied the new dpf and sensor and the aa paid for 2 temp sensor im out of pocket by Β£1000 and this is the quality of work which has now got to be started again hose has melted that bad it's blocked the exhaust pipe. They had the vehicle for over 2 weeks.

This garage is the ultimate in chaos. I reported a flaw in my vehicle which required a Tailgate and a new aerial fixing under warranty. It took over TWO MONTHS and they got the incorrect part for my tailgate and I was informed that the aerial was on back order. After two months I decided to do my own investigation on the Aerial which I was told was on back order by Quadpoint. My dealer from Sheffield contacted Range Rover and the part was picked up the next day and fitted within 2 DAYS in Sheffield. When I had my Tailgate fixed at Quadpoint after taking the car came back with one of the wing mirrors scratched and the other wing mirror had been broken and they replaced it with a cheap glass stick on mirror which does not have the heating system plugged in but the audacity to hide this incident and not inform you is the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. I informed my dealer in Sheffield to take a look at the mirror and they confirmed that the mirror had been broken as you could still see the shards from the incidend and they had just stuck a cheap one on to try and hide their error as some of the sticky tape was still showing when it was inspected! AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU TREASURE YOUR VEHICLE. Diabolical service.

Avoid, it's not worth it, they charged us for work they never did, then had the audacity to tell us we needed to get it done again and it was our fault.. they also replaced our fuel injector and didn't fit a washer, which has caused us no end of issues. Disgrace of a company

Recommended by the RAC when they couldnβt fix the clutch. RS Autos were the only garage willing to attempt the repair of our car in time for collection the following Saturday (we were en route from Anglesey to the Yorkshire Dales). The service we received was first class. A clutch replacement was required and although they were busy they went out of their way to complete the job in time for collection on the Saturday morning. Although the garage was normally closed the owner travelled a considerable distance to meet us and give us the keys. They did a very good job replacing the clutch on the car. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone
