I have been buying items from Ljs for a few years. The quality, the outstanding staff, the ease of returning and item, in my opinion is well and truly above most other online boutiques. They really do make you feel like a family they share their lives even tho they don't have to, I remember a lady put a comment sorry I haven't ordered anything lately but things have been a bit tough. It was on a live and Leesa said don't you worry, glad you are still watching we will be here when things get better Iam sure they will, so kind. Sally who is everyones friend who you would have around for a chinwag and a glass of wine, always looks glamorous and gives you honest advice as a true friend would. From me it is a thank you for all the wonderful items you bring, so if you haven't ordered from LJ please be confident to do so you really won't regret it.

Absolutely first class customer service received from Leesa and her team. Had an issue with an item of clothing that I ordered. Messaged the main page (it was after 5 on Friday so didn’t expect a response until Monday) but got a reply straight away. Leesa has gone above and beyond to rectify the problem. It’s those little personal touches that make all the difference. The clothes are absolutely stunning and if you follow their Facebook page you will get inspiring advice on what to wear and how to wear it with a real community feel. Real clothes for real women. It’s like having your own personal shopper! Keep up the amazing work ladies xx
Posting on behalf of my partner. It’s such a shame their customer service is shocking and totally lets them down. Also the same clothes can be bought cheaper at other boutiques. Really need to improve how they communicate with their customers and I’ve heard this from other customers too.
Love LJ’s! Ordered quite a few items and they’ve all been lovely. Also enjoy watching the FB videos with Leesa and Sally, really helpful to see what the clothes look like on before ordering online. Would love to visit the boutique. Beautiful, down to earth, genuine ladies and a great business!
