   I have never shopped in Hobbs before but needed a trouser suit and collared shirt, suitable for work. After struggling to find a suit in the shops I’d usually look in, I thought perhaps I’d have a look in Hobbs to see if I had any luck there. I have never been so well looked after when clothes shopping and the experience and service I received was solely down to the lovely lady helping me - Natalie. Natalie was very friendly, extremely helpful with not only finding alternative sizes when I was in the dressing room but also with suggesting styles, colours or combinations I would never have previously considered. As such, I came out with a beautiful dress and blazer combination in complementary colours that I would never have picked up myself and hadn’t even considered this style. But I couldn’t be happier with it!! Natalie gave me a full personal shopper experience and her input, guidance and expertise in the items were second to none. In the end, I actually purchased a blazer, three dresses and a blouse, so far more than I had gone in for, but the quality and style made it very difficult not to purchase them! I think Hobbs is now my new favourite shop and Natalie is an asset to the store. Thank you for giving me this wonderful experience.

   I attended the Meadowhall store with my husband after ordering a Barrington dress on-line and having it delivered to the store. I was met by Tracy who was extremely helpful. I had said that I would like to try the dress on and to accessorise the dress, as it was for my daughter’s wedding. Tracy helped me with shoes, bag and hat and after trying a range of different colours and styles and also sizes, I found the perfect choice for the occasion and to match the dress. Nothing was too much trouble and all that was left was to order the shoes in my size, as unfortunately they were not available in the store. This was all done seamlessly and they were ready to pick up within 3-5 days. The dress was steamed for me in store and I collected it after continuing my shopping. All items were beautifully wrapped. Thank you to Tracy for her help to make me feel special on my daughter’s wedding day. It was a very enjoyable experience for both myself and my husband.

   I went to look at an outfit for mother of the bride at Hobbs in Meadowhall. What a great experience thanks to Sophie. She couldn’t have done more, nothing was too much trouble. Even phoning another store to locate some shoes in my size, passing the phone onto us so that we could order them there and then. Thank you Sophie so pleased with my outfit.

   Today I visited Hobbs @ Meadowhall and I was looked after by Nina. She introduced herself while I was browsing and once I was ready, she came into her own. She was very complimentary and quickly understood what I was looking for. She quickly brought me options to suit the outfits, giving complimentary help and advice as we went along. She was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. She made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Finally dressed me from top to toe.    Visited today to try and find my mother in laws dress for an upcoming wedding and we had the help of Nina and Lisa in the Meadowhall store. I can’t rate them enough. Both so lovely and nothing was too much trouble, helped with sizing, multiple shoes, jacket, hat changes etc. Gave really honest advice throughout our entire time. We all felt so relaxed and comfortable. We didn’t feel in the slightest bit rushed! The store was immaculate and just an overall lovely place to be. It was my first time in the store today and I will definitely be back and recommend to anybody! Both Nina and Lisa deserve a pay rise because they were truly AMAZING! Thank you so much ladies, you’ve made my mother in law super happy. She hasn’t stopped smiling since leaving.
