   simple process to book online. Only 1 time slot available. no coffe machine in the waiting room. website business hours are incorrect. wish the prices were a little lower, but no doubt the business will claim world markets drive the price

   I took my Tesla Model 3 to Halfords Swinton for an MOT and full service on Monday 25th August (Bank Holiday). My car was completely silent before, passed with no advisories, and was returned making loud creaking and clicking noises. When I took it back, Halfords said the suspension arms were worn and advised replacement. They fitted new 3rd-party suspension arms — replacing quality Tesla parts — and later refunded me after I complained that the noise was still there. But just weeks later, Tesla confirmed in writing that those same new arms already have play in the ball joints and need replacing again, making the car unsafe to drive. Tesla also found several faults that should have failed the MOT if they’d existed at the time, proving the checks were not done correctly. Halfords’ own regional manager admitted that “play in ball joints is an MOT failure,” which Tesla has now verified is present. Halfords promote a workmanship guarantee, yet haven’t honoured it or refunded the MOT and service costs. They’ve also not responded about the suspension arms they fitted that now need replacing again. I rely on this car daily to take my 9-year-old child to school, Tesla confirmed in writing that driving it in current condition is at my own risk. I trusted a national brand for safety and quality, and was badly let down.

   Had 2x front tyres put on with good communication and no problems. Couple days later a break fluid change which again was completed quickly with no issues. Would of been 5 star if the arrive time for the tyres wasn’t 12 hours

   Booked an MOT through fleet for the centre. Arrived promptly and went to book in. The man at reception was completely unhelpful, stated the car wasn’t booked in. Showed him the email and booking reference he just repeated it’s not booked in we are too busy. Have since confirmed with fleet it was booked in. It appears they were just busy and decided not to carry out my MOT probably because it’s fleet and it doesn’t matter to them. Really unhelpful and no consideration for having to book time out to attend which was then wasted. Rebooked for Kwik Fit and a much better service

   Required work doing on car to replace brakes. Excellent service from Stephen the manager, from initial conversation, booking the car in and getting back in time for school run. Would highly recommend.

   Got absolutely scammed, they replaced both of my tyres and charged me 80 pounds each , when they had called me before saying it was 80 for both, then when I got to the shop was to late and I had to pay 210 pound for 2 tyres and abs test. Scam I will never got back there again!!!!
