   I very rarely shop in New Look,but I was very impressed with the customer service I received today on my visit to the meadowhall branch The fitting room assistant dealt efficiently with my query and Ruby on the checkout was very helpful being very courteous, friendly and dealt with my purchase queries extremely well

   No staff to man the tillsmeaning queues for 30+ minutes. Plus the AC is broke in the shop making a poor experience On a hot day. Totally disappointing for a large company.

   I was offered a carrier bag for my wife's coat. I paid 20p for it only to watch 2 assistants wrestle to get the coat in. The bag and coat was handed to me with no apology for not having a carrier bag large enough. My reply to the assistant was that its not very good and its embarrassing. Clearly the assistants supervisor heard my comment and began to tell me its not embarrassing and it was fine.i told the supervisor it was embarrassing with which she began to tell me they didn't have any because they are just coming out of Christmas its now March and also to tell me they aren't sent enough. Again not my problem. As me and my granddaughter were walking away the supervisor again made comment that it was not embarrassing I did go back to the supervisor and ask her not to make a comment untill I was out of hearing range I'm a very disgruntled customer and my granddaughter commented that she thought the supervisor was very rude I won't be going back here again

   Large store over 2 floors catering for women and girls. Had some nice coats, jackets and dresses. Didn't have an issue getting around, escalator to the 2nd floor and i think they have a lift. Had some nice girls clothes, also sell footwear and accessories. Worth a look round, reasonably priced. There's a 25% off at the moment on certain things.

   I couldn't have been more bored and ended up wandering off. My wife and daughter on the other hand spent nearly an hour in there and came out with a bag full. They weren't moaning about anything either so feel free to make your assumptions from that.
