    Bought a dress for a day out, shop was closing so didn’t have time to try on but I had asked for a size bigger than I’d normally have to make sure it fit comfortably. Got home tried on, sizing way out, more like a size 8, ridiculous sizing. Didn’t have time to take it back the next day as I was going out early so had to wear something else instead. Took back changed for a bigger size still doesn’t fit. I have never had to wear a size extra large in my life and yet that doesn’t fit either. Stupid sizes and quality a bit cheap for the price. Asked for a refund as I don’t like anything else in the shop, told they don’t do refunds even though there’s no signs in the shop or on their page and they didn’t tell me that when I bought the dress either. Then to top it off, in the style website has the SAME dress in Jac Jossa range for £25 cheaper and lots of true to size uk sizes! Absolutely fuming. First time customer at Bows, never bother again. I don’t know how they’re still in business. Thought it was a boutique but it’s far from it. SHEIN quality at boutique prices.

    Looked on page for opening times. Should be open on Friday until 5pm was closed at 4.05pm.Wasted journey. Otherwise service usually good and friendly.

    Absoloutely horrific customer service. I have been a customer of Bows Boutique for about the past 18 months, that was until yesterday, and i vow never to buy anything from them again. They would rather a 79 year old women be left out of pocket, causing extreme upset and distress then accept a return bought as a xmas present despite the goods being in a resellable condition. The 'customer care' team are rude and clearly dont care. I would advise to avoid at all costs.

    Their jackets look good on the website but when you get them they are really bad and also the material is a bit cheap I would not recommend you to buy your jacket from here
