   Crooks. Sold us an accident repair car. Avoid! Offered to pay for the parts. How did it pass the MOT? Should be investigated by trading standards. I have reported your mot garage and will continue to do so. Trying my best to avoid another person getting ripped off by you and your affiliates.

   Avoid at All Costs – Dishonest and Unsafe Dealership Experience with Sedgley Group Limited I had the misfortune of purchasing a Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG from Sedgley Group Limited, and I feel it's important to warn others about my experience before they go through the same. To start, the car was misrepresented from the very beginning. It was advertised as accident-free and in great condition, but after taking it for a proper inspection, I discovered it had clearly been involved in a prior accident. The radiator is damaged, the underbody guards are hanging loose, and the coolant warning light came on as soon as I arrived back in London — something they clearly would have been aware of. Even more disturbing is the MOT certificate that came with the car. It had no advisories listed, yet the tyres were completely bald, which should have been an automatic failure. This raises serious concerns that the MOT may have been falsified — a dangerous and illegal practice. To make matters worse, the invoice did not reflect the full payment I made. I paid £5,000 in cash, which they failed to declare on the invoice. This raises major questions about the transparency and legality of their transactions. On the day of the sale, Mr. Abdul applied a lot of pressure, rushing us through the process and not allowing us proper time to inspect the vehicle. He claimed they were closing soon, which added to the stress and urgency. In hindsight, this seems like a deliberate tactic to avoid scrutiny. Overall, this experience has been stressful, dishonest, and extremely disappointing. Sedgley Group Limited failed on every level — from safety and legality to basic honesty. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice, get everything independently verified, and be extremely cautious. I’ve been left with a car that needs immediate repairs, and no accountability from the seller.

   Faultless. No it really was faultless. Helpful above and beyond. The car was exactly as stated, test drive, full rundown on the vehicle showing history and Mot’s. Paperwork was not a problem. Payment made and one happy bunny. Would highly recommend for anybody wishing to buy a good quality vehicle with all the support needed.

   Poor experience. Paid £80 to get car fixed. Still didnt work. Tried to sort it out on the phone. Didn't want to know and was extremely rude. No intention of ever going back again. Sorry but rudeness over the phone is no excuse

   Bought an Audi A5 from them. Car was prepared very well for the inspection and the guys working there were very professional and friendly. They provided service history and receipts of the car and all the work they had done. After a month I had an issue with the car, and they were willing to fix it for free or cover the parts if serviced somewhere else. I would highly recommend their garage, cars and service.
